The Victoria Grandmothers for Africa Campbell River to Victoria Ride is a three-day event with up to 30 women cycling 275 km. We are supported by Grandmother groups along the way who provide meals, refreshments, and positive energy! Support and the participation of cyclists from all over Vancouver Island and beyond gives this event its unique character.
Second, join the CR-V ride with a cost of $405 for accommodations, meals, etc. as only members of the Cycle Tour can participate. (It is important that you register and pay the $20.00 fee for the VG4A Cycle Tour prior to registering for the CR-V Ride).
If possible, please use e-transfer or cheque so that VG4A avoids the $11.75 charge for each credit card transaction.
This fundraiser, under the umbrella of the Stephen Lewis Foundation, provides support to grandmothers and their families who are living with the consequences of the HIV and AIDS pandemic in sub-Saharan Africa.
This Campbell River Ride is a wonderful experience for all involved and we hope you will join us!
