The Victoria Grandmothers for Africa Campbell River to Victoria Cycle Tour is back this year after a 2 year pause. This is a three-day event with 30 women cycling 275 km. We are supported by Grandmother groups along the way who provide meals, refreshments, and positive energy! Support and the participation of cyclists from all over Vancouver Island and beyond gives this event its unique character.
Since the Tour this year encompasses both the Virtual Ride and the Campbell River Ride, we encourage you to also register for the Virtual Ride for a fee of $20.00. You may sign up Here.
This fundraiser, under the umbrella of the Stephen Lewis Foundation, provides support to grandmothers and their families who are living with the consequences of the HIV and AIDS pandemic in sub-Saharan Africa.
This Cycle Tour is a wonderful experience for all involved and we hope you will join us!
