Race Against the Bus
Come and support our cyclists
18 of our cyclists are racing against the #95 Langford Express bus on Friday June 12, gathering at the legislature at 4:20 p.m. ready to set off with the bus at 4:45 p.m. 2 teams will go along the E&N trail and 1 along the Galloping Goose, to reach Langford Station at 860 Station Ave before the bus arrives at 5:57 p.m. Here are the routes
Better Transit YYJ is organizing this event to persuade local government to invest more in bus infrastructure.
It would be great to have you there, to cheer at the start and the finish line with kanga flags, our banner, noise-makers, whistles, scarves and loud hoorays. Please take photos and send the best to Lisbie. Tell any spectators who we are and what we do.
