Our Annual General Meeting is always a wonderful and important event. We appreciate your attendance in order to have a quorum for any decisions we have to make, and to help us generate as many great ideas for the coming year as possible. :)

Our Crafts team will have a few favourites there for sale. In addition, our AGM always features a raffle. Seven hand-crafted items will be up for grabs for purchasers of raffle tickets on the spot ($2 per ticket, 3 for $5).

You will have a chance to see "round 2" of the calendar project, lovely perpetual / birthday calendars, and to purchase them for the perpetual price of $10 apiece. :)

Our library of great reads is always available - no due dates and no fines: Education Lending Library. And Marg's $2 table will be both selling books and receiving book donations.

There will also be a table encouraging free pickup or no-longer-needed drop-off of exercise / cycle clothing or gear.

Bring your own refreshments! Bring a pen. Here is the draft agenda. A finalized agenda will be posted before the reminder is send out.
