Our Annual General Meeting is always a wonderful and important event. We appreciate your attendance in order to have a quorum for any decisions we have to make, and to help us generate as many great ideas for the coming year as possible. :)
Our Sales & Crafts team has seriously reduced inventory at the moment but will have a few favourites there for sale, as well as some beautiful African jewellery that we received as a donation. In addition, our AGM always features a raffle. 10 different hand-crafted items will be up for grabs for purchasers of raffle tickets on the spot. ($2 each, 3 / $5)
African Dinner tickets will be available for purchase or pick-up (Norah and Sandra). Rose Mary will be happy to receive surprise bag donations.
Our library of great reads is always available - no due dates and no fines: Education Lending Library. And Marg has requested: If anyone has good reading books to donate to our little book sale table at the meeting it would be appreciated. All our interesting ones were sold at the Christmas meeting.
